Part 12: Timeless

-Sonic, Shadow, and Silver flies towards Mephiles-
-Mephiles fires purple spark balls at them-
-they dodged and Sonic punches Mephiles-
Modern Sonic: How's that?
-Silver uses his psychokinesis to hold Mephiles-
Silver: All on you, Shadow.
Shadow: CHAOS FIRE BLAST!
-Shadow fires a powerful beam at Mephiles-
-Sonic kicks Mephiles-
Modern Sonic: Shadow, hit me. I got an idea.
Shadow: Likewise.
-Shadow fires his beam at Sonic and he starts to glow-
Modern Sonic: I'm fired up!
-Sonic spindashes to Mephiles as Sonic's aura grows bigger as he gets closer-
Mephiles: How is this possible?
-Mephiles got hit by Sonic's spinning aura-
-As the aura keeps going, Sonic spins closer to Mephiles-
-he rapidly punches Mephiles many times to the wall-
-as Sonic keeps punching, the other side of the wall starts to glow and cracks-
Modern Sonic: This is for Solaris, for my friends, FOR ELISE!
-Sonic laid the final punch to Mephiles as he went on fire and went flying to the walls-
Modern Sonic: *panting*
-Modern Sonic floats to the nearby ground-
-Shadow and Silver floats down and approaches-
Shadow: Nice work, Sonic.
Silver: You beat him. Solaris is safe.
Modern Sonic: Hehehe.. All thanks to you guys. Let's go, Shadow.
Shadow: Right.
Silver: Where you guys going?
Shadow: A little talk. Alone.
Silver: Okay.
-Shadow flies off and Modern Sonic follows him-
-They found the safest place away from Silver-
Modern Sonic: Tails, any sign of Metal Sonic?
Tails (in communicator): Sadly. So, how's the fight?
Shadow: Sonic did great on that one.
-Sonic and Shadow heard a distant explosion-
Modern Sonic: That should be him.
Shadow: He won't get away with this.
-Sonic and Shadow flies to the explosion-
-they see Metal Sonic searching for them-
Modern Sonic: Hey, you bucket of bolts!
-Metal Sonic looks up and sees them-
Modern Sonic: Sorry I made a noise.
Shadow: I wasn't planning for a surprise attack.
Modern Sonic: Whatever, man. Let's take him down.
